All Characters Who Can Use Susanoo.
So, basically, anyone in Naruto or Boruto with an awakened Mangekyo Sharingan eye or in both eyes has the ability to use Susanoo.
These include characters such as:
Itachi Uchiha
Itachi Uchiha was the first Susanoo user we ever saw. Itachi was extremely powerful thanks to its possession of the Totsuka no Tsurugi and the Yata no Kagami. This is a blade capable of sealing anything it struck and not only that but it’s also a shield for reflecting any attack. It is red-orange in color.
Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuke was the second character we saw use Susanoo. Sasuke as an Uchiha developed gradually over the latter part of the Naruto series. The first Susanoo started out as just a skeleton with demon horns. Then it gradually became more substantial as his power grew.
Susanoo’s primary weapon was a small bow on one of its arms, though it also used a sword too and its color is purple.
Also, one of Sasuke’s Sharingan is now a Rinnegan, but he retains the ability to use Susanoo still with just one eye.
Shisui Uchiha
Shisui was a hyped character who was said to be Itachi’s best friend. however, he died before the series started, and his Susanoo was not even designed until a recent game. This was long after the series ended. However, it still counts though. Shisui Sasuno’s color in the game is green
Kakashi Hatake/Obito Uchiha
Kakashi is on this list because he was the only one who could use a Sharingan eye without being an Uchiha. However, he was known as Kakashi of the Sharingan but the only had one of Obito’s eyes, and IIRC is only ever briefly seen using Susanoo during a short period of time in which Kakashi had both eyes.
Obito himself has never seen are using his Susanoo, However, I assume that if he had both his eyes during the Naruto series, he would use and it would have looked the same. It is light blue.
Madara Uchiha
Madara is the Biggest and Baddest Sharingan user ever to this day, he was the only one who was able to seize control of Kurama using his Sharingan and used him against Hashirama Senju in their fight at the Valley of the End. Madaras’s also had every level of Susanoo and used them very well, his Susanoo color in the series is dark blue.
Hagoromo Otsutsuki
Hagoromo Otsutsuki is the legendary Sage of the Six Paths, the first wielder of both the Sharingan and the Rinnegan, and used a Susanoo as well. Basically, the masters of all Ninjutsu in naruto.
Indra Otsutsuki
Indra Otsutsuki is one of the two sons of Hagoromo, who inherited his father’s Sharingan.
However, Nagato’s Rinnegan was originally Madara’s and thus evolved from Madara’s Mangekyo Sharingan. Nagato never used Susanoo himself, possibly because he did not know to use it that way, or possibly the evolution from Mangekyo Sharingan to Rinnegan is related to only Uchiha members.
So, Obito never used a Susanoo because at no point during his life did he have his Mangekyo Sharingan in both eyes. Kakashi only ever did so because of Obito from what I’ve found out, during a short period near the end of the series when he had both.
Although Kakashi did briefly have one of the Rinnegan he stole from Nagato, his eyes not being a matched pair of awakened Mangekyo could be why he never used Susanoo.
