Even though there are only 7 females listed below there are many more strong female taijutsu users in both Naruto/Boruto verses. However, we are only focusing on the main ones we are familiar with because we know a lot about their capability and feats.

1) Delta
Delta in Broruto verse fought well against Full power Hokage Naruto and she can easily stomp any Kunoichi, including Sakura, Kurotsuchi, and Hinata. So in the Boruto verse era, it’s probably Delta. She was almost keeping up with six paths sage mode Naruto and gave him a run for his money.
2) Kaguya Otsutsuki
Kaguya Otsutsuki in Naruto verse is arguably the strongest female character in the Narutoverse. Otsutsuki Kaguya is a taijutsu user in that sense she should be the jack of all trades when we take the majority of the cast.
3) Tsunade
For the most part of the Naruto series, lady Tsunade was the best female and strongest Taijutsu user in the Naruto verse.
Lady Tsunade was the best female fighter for the most part of the Naruto series. She created her own Taijutsu fighting style which is powerful. Also, we have never seen a Kunoichi specializing in Taijutsu in Naruto, only Hinata, however, she was below Tsunade.
4) Hinata Hyuga
Hinata is one of the best taijutsu fighters in Naruto verse, she was able to blitz the same puppets Naruto fought against in sage movie. However, while Brouto verse is still ongoing, Hinata is still one of the best taijutsu users.
Also While Korutsuchi is pretty good, her Taijutsu is not much better than the gentle fist as Adult Hinata and Hinata is considered the best Hyuga clan member at this point.
5) Korutsuchi
Taijutsu Korutsuchi in the Momoshiki saga of Broruto fought Kinshiki who’s far stronger than Hinata’s opponent Hanabi. However, Hinata also fought Kinshiki and Momoshiki albeit off-screen and survived each attack, both Korutsuchi and Hinata lost the fights thus it’s pretty irrelevant.
6) Sakura
Sakura is still hated by many fans, however, she is not weaker than Hinata in Taijutsu. However, fans somewhat downplay her skills though even in the Broruto verse. Nevertheless, because fans feel that she is wanked so much, she has still displayed a lot of impressive feats in both Naruto and Boruto verses which puts her on the list as one of the strongest Taijutsu users. She might be wanked yes, however, Sakura is still obviously strong in general.
7) Tenten
Tenten in Naruto verse is a strong taijutsu user as well. Many people and fans have forgotten this woman somehow. Tenten most likely deserves a mention because she is a member of Team Gai which mainly focuses on taijutsu duh!.
Back in the Naruto Verse team, Gai was stated to have the strongest Taijutsu users in Konoha. Also, remember Tenten was trained by Gai. Her Taijutsu is stated only to be inferior to Gai and Lee and Neji at the time. They were fearless, but logically her Taijutsu should be pretty good.

Tsunade, Kurotsuchi Tenten, Hinata, and Sakura are some of the strongest taijutsu users we know. They are all continually shown to be one of the strongest females not to mention Hanabi because she is a Hyuga as well.
Nevertheless, we don’t know much from strong characters such as Konan, Mei, Temari, Kushina, Mito, Yugito, and many more on their Taijutsu. Their taijutsu should be fairly good but I don’t think it’s up to the level of the ones we have listed here. Do tell me if I had missed out on someone.
