Do you know about Frieza’s Race In Dragon Ball? The more Dragon Ball Super unfolds, the more we keep finding out about the other universes inside Dragon Ball Multiverse.
However, I can’t help but think to myself about how many unanswered questions I have about Universe 7.
There are so many mysteries within just the main Dragon Ball Universe. Mysteries where some events of the Dragon Ball series have taken place thus far.
What We Know About Frieza’s Race
There are many things that have yet to be explained and may never be explained. For example the existence of Frieza himself and his family, as well as his species as a whole.
Based on not just Dragon Ball Manga but also supplementary material. We know that Frieza and his father are certainly not the only people inside of his race.
Also, they are not the only ones to exist in the universe. From time to time we see some of these Frieza race characters pop-up outside of the primary Manga and Anime.
For example, we have Frieza’s brother in Dragon Ball Z movies, Frieza’s ancestor in the Dragon Ball episode of Bardock OVA.
Dragon Ball Video Games with Frieza’s Race
Toriyama even introduces the son of Frieza in Naco-Majin Z another manga that exists outside of the primary Dragon Ball story. Also, in the Dragon Ball video games online.
You could use Frieza’s race, and Frieza’s Clan so to speak, they are playable characters.
We know based on comments from Toriyama himself that Frieza and King Cold are both special.
Both of them are special mutants that possess an incredible amount of power beyond that of other species of their race.
Toriyama states that Frieza is a hybrid mute due to an accidental mutation that happened ages ago.
However, we never find out what the hybrid actually is or what the mutation actually entails?
For many decades Frieza family had an Empire that stretched out through a huge portion of the Galaxy.
They were the most feared entities in the entire universe for a very long time. However, it is quite ironic considering that Frieza himself while ruthless in his tactics of enslaved other races to work for him.
Frieza only fears two beings in the universe based upon his father’s cautionary tales. One being Majin Buu and the God of destruction Beerus and with good reason.
But although Frieza and King Cold are a couple of special characters, it’s not too far-fetched to presume they are powerful.
They are indeed the strongest mortal race in space to the point where Frieza undergoes training and achieved a golden form.
The form helped him to where he could battle a God-trained Goku in the events of Resurrection F.
So even though the events of the video game Dragon Ball Xenoverse do not in any way affect what actually happens in the anime and manga.
What Leads To Frieza’s Mutant Race?
There are some Clues given to us in the video games about what may have happened to the Frieza race.
This clue implies that there aren’t many of these Frieza mutant races left in the Universe.
However, we are never told why? We never actually shown the home planet of Frieza’s Clan or does anybody in Dragon Ball ever actually talk about it.
Not even Frieza himself, could it be possible that Frieza race was a victim of some sort of planetary or Galactic cataclysm.
The devastation that wiped out the majority of them where they all were destroyed at some point by one of the members of Frieza’s family?
Or maybe they’re out there somewhere in Universe 7 yet to be discovered or talked about?
I hope that one day we actually do find out more about Frieza’s race and their origins in their past.
Even up to this day no one knows the history of the Frieza Race or how they mutated into being. I guess we will just have to wait for Toriyama to give us an answer.
It would be cool the see a movie about Frieza and his race that explains where and how they came about.
However, unfortunately as of right now this mystery will remain unresolved. If you like what you see so far, feel free to comment on your theories down below.
