So, back in Dragon Ball Z Gohan was the strongest Saiyan alive after he turned Super Saiyan 2 defeated and Perfect Cell. The battle ended in a beam struggle with both Gohan and Cell at the peak of their power with Gohan getting the upper hand.

This is because he when into the hyperbolic time chamber to train with his dad Goku to fight Cell and turned a Super Saiyan for the first time. 24 hours in the hyperbolic time chamber equals 1 year in the Dragon Ball timeline.
So Gohan was born in the dragon Ball age of 757. Four (4) years later at the Dragon Ball age of 761, Dragon Ball Z started and Gohan’s hidden powers were discovered by Goku, Piccolo, and Raditz.
So after Goku sacrificed his life and got killed by Piccolo Special Beam Cannon. Kid Gohan starts to train with his new dad Piccolo to get stronger because more Saiyans were coming.
In the Dragon Ball age 762, the two Saiyans that were coming to earth after Raditz died turns out to be Vegeta and Nappa.

So after Cell was defeated, seven more years had passed and in Dragon Ball age 774 Gohan was 17 years old.
At this time period, Majin Buu arrived, Gohan meets his girlfriend Videl, he then goes to train with the Supreme Kai’s, unlocked new powers, and died at the hands of Buu.
Nonetheless, Gohan was only dead for a day, so that doesn’t really affect his physical age.
Time keeps moving forward and Gohan seems to take less interest in his training and more time spent with his family.
Then, in Dragon Ball age 778, Gohan ties the knot with Videl, Beerus came to earth looking for the Super Saiyan God, and around this time Gohan is 21 years old.
So the next year in Dragon Ball age 779, Gohan becomes a father once Pan was born. Also, Frieza was Resurrected and defeated by Goku.
Then, a year after that, The tournament of power beings, and now Gohan is 23 Years old. We don’t know what happened off-screen after the tournament of power.
However, time keeps moving on and at the end of Dragon Ball Super in the age 784 and Gohan is now 27 years old.
However, it doesn’t end there, remember Gohan went in the hyperbolic time chamber so we would have to add up those times as well.
So, Gohan only when into the hyperbolic time chamber once, since he was in there for one day and since it’s a time chamber that equals one full year.
