A lot of fans have been wondering since the last fight between Madara vs Might Guy, why Madara did not use Limbo on Guy? Well, there are a few reasons why so, let’s talk about them all down below.
Many people claimed Guy was too fast for Madara Uchiha during their fight to do anything. However, that’s not the case. At the time Madara’s Limbo was just restricted by Kishimoto, however, in this case, it worked because it was Madara.
During the fight between Guy vs Madara, Madara was just toying with Guy because Madara wanted him to “just dance” more. Madara was basically telling Might Guy to attack him more and with his best shots because Madara was having fun. Nevertheless, Madara was bored and wanted to fight a capable Eight Gate Taijutsu user to see with his own eyes what they can do.
Shinobi’s that only use Taijutsu and Not Genjutsu or Ninjutsu are very powerful and rare and Madara never faced one in his life before. Might Guy was not too fast for Madara though. Madara was able to react and block all his attacks, even when Might Guy was at his fastest Madara still got his TSB-Shakujō up and thrust it forward to defend himself against Guy.
Madara would have easily killed Might Guy if he did not bend space because Madara would have turned him to dust by touching him. Many people say that Guy was too fast for Madara, however, there were still enough instances where Madara could have killed Might Guy with a Limbo.
Why Madara Did Not Use Limbo On Might Guy?
Madara had plenty of opportunities to use the Limbo technique Limbo on Might Guy during their fight even if Madara couldn’t tag Guy. Otsutsuki level Madra was just toying with Guy to see how strong he was and not as a big threat. When Might Guy activated his 8 inner Gates, Madara knew what Guy was doing. Also when Might Guy ran circles around him Madara also knew what he was doing.
At the time, the only thing Madara Uchiha had to do was to let a Limbo stand in the way and Guy would slam into the Limbo. Afterward, Marada would follow up with attacks, Guy would not have a clue what is happening.
While getting punched by an opponent that could physically punch several 9 Bijū a distance away even before he became the Jūbi’s jinchūriki would have been devasting for Guy especially because Guy’s body is already strained and drained beyond anything due to the 8th inner opening Gate.
Might guy’s bones were breaking due to his own physical movement while the 8th Gate was active. When Guy attacked Madra, he experienced his first pain from using his 8th inner Gate, Madara could have technically stayed down in the hole and let his Limbo take care of Guy. Might Guy’s bones would have been broken like twigs while Madara is chilling in the hole crater.
When Madara survived Guy’s first attack, he could have easily lured Guy in closer and then knock him out with a Limbo attack that his opponent would have not seen coming or realized. Madara also could have used Linbo while Might Guy was activating Night Guy. Madara also knew this would be Guy’s last and final attack because he saw his chakra point fading.
Nevertheless, if Madara Uchiha was not excited and curious about the 8th inner Gate his Taijutsu could achieve by opening it, Madara would have dealt with Guy real fast with his Limbo. The fun fact is that Guy can not see or even damage Madara’s Limbo, Guy has no way to perceive it. However, the Limbo can see and hurt Guy.
Might Guy’s strongest attacks were done by rushing straight at Madara with fast winds and Madara still reacted to both of them. All it would have taken was having Madara’s Limbo rush back at Guy as fast as it could and it would have been over. As much as fast Guy is Mardra’s Limbo could effortlessly rush Guy from afar by virtue of the fact that Guy would not see it coming.
Nonetheless, Guys’ 8th Gate is super strong however, he isn’t Six Paths Character/Otsutsuki level where he can prevent them from using their hax against him.
