Mitsuki’s Role In The Timeskip Of Boruto Next Generation?
Back when Mitsuki came to Konoha, he immediately got attached and became Boruto’s friend. Many fans believed that Mitsuki was charmed by Boruto. Then they were put in the same team. Boruto and Mitsuki have bonded a lot since then. They have come to acknowledge each other as best friends, and rivals even altogether.
Both Boruto and Mitsuki learned to work together very well. It’s also known that they could become a combo comparable to that of Naruto and Sasuke. During the series, Mitsuki has shown to always side with Boruto. He always chooses to believe in him Boruto all the time.
Mitsuki’s Role In The Timeskip Of Boruto
The role Mitsuku would play is that of Kakashi, Sakura, and Obito. There’s even a chance Mitsuki might sacrifice himself and die for Boruto to protect Boruto.
Mitsuku believes that Boruto is his Sun. Boruto has never abandoned Mitsuki, even though there had been several occasions where he could have altogether. And there’s no logical chance that Boruto would in the future. The bond between Mitsuki and Boruto is too strong to be broken like that.
When we were shown a glimpse of the final battle between Kawaki and Boruto in the future, we could see that none of the next generation except Boruto and Kawaki was in sight. Boruto seemed completely unscathed. Almost as if he recently arrived at the fighting scene.
We know that Kawaki was the cause of all the destruction since he said he would send Boruto where he sent his father Naruto. This means Kawaki had already dealt with Naruto and Sasuke.
Mitsuki’s abilities are perfect for evacuation as well as combat as well. With his snake-like limbs and his control over snakes, Mitsuki can easily have used those abilities to rescue dozens of civilians in a short time.
The outcome of the final battle might indicate that the next generation, especially under the lead of Shikadai because they stood absolutely no chance against Kawaki.
Also, instead of fruitlessly fighting against an unhindered enemy, they sought to deal with the civilians and rescue as many people as possible. This would make sense.
Shikadai, Sarada, and Mitsuki are the most conserved and level-headed shinobi of their generation. They have proven time and time again to deal with situations strategically instead of impulsively.
Considering Boruto and Mitsuki’s strong relations in the series, fans supposing Mitsuki had some knowledge about Boruto’s whereabouts. This is because if he did then he might have been the one that informed Boruto about the destruction in Konoha, which made Boruto move fast in order to fight Kawaki.
However, if this is said to be true, then it means Boruto chose to trust Mitsuki above all. Also, not to forget Sarada, Boruto held her just as high as Mitsuki in his heart. She is literally the daughter of the person that Boruto aspires to be. This means an automatic rivalry between Sarada and Boruto as well.
Sarada’s team might just surpass the original team 7. It’s obvious that Mitsuki understands Boruto better than many other people or shinobi in the series.
Nonetheless, it’s apparent that Mitsuki was somewhat of a right-hand or wingman to Boruto, at least that’s how others would view it.
However, for Boruto, he would always be his best friend. Someone he can trust at any cost even at the expense of his life. Mitsuki proved long before that he would gladly sacrifice himself for Boruto or Sarada any day.
